This section explains what data we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to users.
Amiram Prep provides an English learning and study application. We collect limited data needed to operate core features such as account access, profiles, study progress, rankings, reminders, personalization, friends, clans, learning activity, Premium access, rewarded ads, and optional AI features.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share user profile or private learning data with advertisers for their own independent marketing purposes.
The camera is used only when you explicitly open the QR scanner to add friends. We do not store photos or videos from the camera and we do not transmit raw camera content to our servers.
QR scanning is not used for facial recognition, biometric identification, or background monitoring.
Amiram Prep does not collect, access, store, process, or share any health data, fitness data, medical information, or biometric data from your device or from third-party health platforms such as Google Fit, Health Connect, or similar services.
The app does not use body sensors or health-related device APIs.
Some settings and app-related data may be stored locally on the device to support preferences, reminders, guide visibility, offline behavior, daily plan progress, AI disclosure acknowledgement, and smoother app behavior.
The app may send local notifications such as study reminders and activity-related notifications tied to app features. You can manage notification permissions and preferences in the app or device settings where supported.
Amiram Prep may offer an optional Premium subscription through Google Play Billing. Premium may remove ads and unlock additional practice content, such as locked simulations or other advanced learning features.
Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full credit card number, bank account details, or full payment information.
To provide Premium access, we may process purchase-related data such as product ID, purchase token, subscription status, entitlement source, expiration date, and related billing state. This data is used to activate, restore, verify, and manage Premium access.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play. Deleting your Amiram Prep account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
In some cases, an administrator may grant temporary manual Premium access, for example for testing, support, community promotions, goodwill gestures, compensation, or special cases. Manual Premium access is not a Google Play purchase and may have its own expiration date.
We may store manual entitlement source, expiration date, and related administrative state so the app can provide or remove Premium access correctly.
We share data only with service providers that are necessary to operate the app, such as backend, authentication, database, storage, notification, advertising, consent-management, AI processing, payment, analytics, and infrastructure providers.
For example, we may use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage services, Google Play Billing for optional purchases and subscriptions, Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK for optional rewarded ads, and OpenAI for optional AI Coach explanations and AI Chat responses.
We do not sell personal data. We do not provide advertisers with user profile data, saved translations, weak words, private learning history, friend data, or clan data for their own independent marketing purposes.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and encrypted in transit. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and delete it upon valid deletion requests, subject to technical, backup, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
This app is intended for a general audience and does not include mature content. The app is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires parental consent for a younger user to use online services, the user should use the app only with parent or guardian involvement and consent.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in a way that violates applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal data without required consent, contact us so we can review and delete the data if appropriate.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new last updated date. Continued use of the app after an update means the updated policy applies, to the extent permitted by law.
This section explains optional AI explanations and AI chat features and what information is processed when users choose to use them.
Amiram Prep may offer optional AI features. AI Coach explains English words, exam-style answers, listening prompts, reading questions, restatement questions, or grammar rules in Hebrew. Users trigger AI Coach manually by pressing buttons such as “Explain with AI” inside supported learning screens.
The app may also offer AI Chat for English-learning support, such as vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, Amiram-style practice explanations, listening-practice explanations, and study strategy. AI Chat is intended for English learning and app-related study help, not as a general-purpose chatbot.
Free users may receive a limited number of AI explanations or chat messages per day. Premium users may receive a higher daily limit. These limits may change over time to protect reliability, prevent abuse, and manage costs.
When you choose to use AI Coach, we may send only the information needed to generate the explanation, such as:
When you choose to use AI Chat, we may send your chat message and recent messages from the same conversation as context, so the AI can provide a coherent answer. Users should not send personal, sensitive, confidential, payment, medical, legal, financial, account-security, or private third-party information through AI Chat.
We do not intentionally send your name, email address, precise location, payment information, profile image, friend list, clan information, or other unrelated account data to the AI model as part of an AI Coach or AI Chat request.
AI Coach and AI Chat requests are processed through our backend and then sent to OpenAI to generate the explanation or chat response. We do not expose OpenAI API keys inside the mobile app.
OpenAI may process submitted AI requests, chat messages, conversation context, generated responses, and related metadata to provide the AI service, maintain safety, detect abuse, and comply with applicable terms and legal requirements.
OpenAI’s retention and processing practices may change over time and are governed by OpenAI’s applicable terms and policies.
To enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, debug failures, and measure reliability, our backend may store limited AI Coach audit data, such as user ID, intent type, usage counts, token counts, status, timestamp, idempotency key, a payload hash, and a short response snippet of up to 200 characters.
For AI Chat, we may store conversations and messages so users can continue a conversation and so the AI can use recent context. We may also store usage counts, timestamps, message snippets, model information, and operational status information.
AI Coach audit messages are intended to be retained for a limited period, such as approximately 30 days, unless a longer period is required for security, abuse prevention, legal, backup, operational, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons. AI Chat conversations may be retained while the account is active or until deleted according to applicable account deletion and retention practices.
Users are responsible for checking AI answers before relying on them. Do not use AI Coach or AI Chat to submit sensitive, confidential, harmful, illegal, infringing, or private information. Do not rely on AI responses for real exam registration, admission, legal, medical, financial, safety, or professional decisions.
This section explains how listening exercises, text-to-speech, transcripts, and AI explanations work.
Listening Practice may include original learning items such as short conversations, short lectures, and audio-completion exercises. Audio is generated from text using device or platform text-to-speech functionality or similar app-supported playback methods.
The app may show the transcript, Hebrew meaning, and explanation after the user checks an answer.
Listening Practice does not require the user to speak, does not record the user’s voice, and does not use the microphone for listening exercises. The app does not send user audio recordings to AI providers for Listening Practice.
If a future version adds speaking, pronunciation, or microphone-based features, this policy should be updated before release.
If you press “Explain with AI” after checking a listening answer, the app may send the listening transcript or prompt text, the question, answer choices, your selected answer index, and the correct answer index to our backend and to OpenAI so an explanation can be generated.
AI Coach appears only after the answer is checked, and is optional.
Listening Practice content is intended for learning and practice only. It is not official exam content, not a promise of exam results, and not a substitute for official instructions published by exam authorities or educational institutions.
This section explains how optional ads work in the app and what advertising-related data may be processed.
Amiram Prep may offer optional rewarded ads. A rewarded ad is shown only when the user chooses to watch it, for example to support the app or receive an in-app bonus after a learning activity.
Ads are not required to use the core learning features, and rewards are granted only after a completed eligible ad view. Availability, reward amounts, and ad frequency may change.
We use Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to serve and measure ads. Google and its partners may process data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and ad interaction data, depending on device settings, user consent, and applicable law.
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app may show a consent message before serving ads where required. The user may be asked to choose whether ads can be personalized and whether certain purposes or vendors are allowed.
If the user does not consent to personalized ads, the app may request non-personalized ads where supported.
We publish an app-ads.txt file at the root of our developer website to identify authorized sellers
of the app’s ad inventory.

Rewarded ads are separated from core learning data where possible. We do not sell personal data, and we do not provide user profile, saved translations, weak words, private learning history, friend data, or clan data to advertisers for their own independent marketing purposes.
This section explains how optional Premium subscriptions and manual Premium access work.
Premium subscriptions, when available, are purchased and managed through Google Play. Google Play processes the payment transaction. Amiram Prep does not receive or store full payment card numbers, bank account details, or full payment information.
We may receive or store purchase-related information needed to activate and maintain Premium access, such as product ID, purchase token, subscription status, entitlement source, expiration date, and related billing state.
Premium may remove ads and unlock additional practice content, including locked full practice simulations or other advanced features. Benefits, content, limits, and feature availability may change over time as the app evolves.
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, the app may use Google Play purchase information to restore active Premium access.
You can manage or cancel an active subscription through Google Play. Deleting your Amiram Prep account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
Refunds, cancellations, trial periods, renewal behavior, and payment disputes are handled according to Google Play’s policies and applicable law.
We may grant temporary manual Premium access in limited cases, such as testing, support, community promotions, goodwill gestures, compensation, or special cases. Manual Premium access is stored as an app entitlement and is separate from Google Play subscriptions.
Manual Premium access may expire, be corrected, or be removed if granted by mistake, abused, or no longer applicable.

Listening Practice does not record the user’s voice and does not send user audio recordings to AI providers.
No selling. We may use service providers such as Supabase, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and OpenAI to store, process, protect, operate, advertise, measure, or provide parts of the app on our behalf.
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK may process advertising-related data according to Google’s own technologies, consent requirements, and applicable law. Google Play may process purchase and subscription data for Premium subscriptions. OpenAI may process AI Coach request data, AI Chat messages, conversation context, and generated responses when users choose to use AI features.
Amiram Prep does not collect, access, store, process, or share health data, fitness data, medical information, or biometric data from your device or from third-party health platforms.
The app does not use body sensors or health-related device APIs.
Camera input for QR scanning is processed on-device and is not retained by us. Raw camera media is not stored by the app.
These terms explain the rules for using Amiram Prep and important limitations of the service.
By accessing or using Amiram Prep, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you use the app on behalf of a minor or another person, you are responsible for making sure they understand and comply with these terms.
The app provides English-learning practice, explanations, quizzes, simulations, vocabulary, reading, restatement, grammar, listening practice, and study-support tools. The app does not provide official exam services, exam registration, admission decisions, university/college advice, or guaranteed score improvement.
Users should always follow official instructions, deadlines, rules, and materials published by the relevant exam authority or educational institution.
We do not guarantee that using the app will improve your score, result in admission, pass an exam, replace formal study, or produce any specific outcome. Learning outcomes depend on many factors, including user effort, background, exam conditions, official exam changes, and personal circumstances.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, the app’s practice content is intended to be original learning content created for study and practice. It is not represented as official, real, leaked, copied, or previously used exam content.

If the app includes social features such as profiles, friends, rankings, clans, or public display names, users are responsible for what they choose to share. Do not post personal, sensitive, offensive, unlawful, or third-party private information.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or delete accounts if users abuse social features or violate these terms.
Premium features are optional. Subscription purchases are processed by Google Play. Premium benefits, pricing, limits, content, and availability may change over time, subject to applicable law and Google Play rules.
Cancelling or deleting your app account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. You must manage subscriptions directly through Google Play.
AI Coach and AI Chat are optional learning-support tools. AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for verifying AI explanations and should not rely on AI for official, legal, medical, financial, safety, professional, admission, or exam-registration decisions.
We may limit, pause, modify, or remove AI features to control costs, prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect the service.
The app may change over time. Features, content, AI limits, ads, Premium benefits, daily plans, rankings, clans, rewards, or other services may be added, changed, limited, or removed. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, reliability, security, legal, or operational reasons.
The app, design, code, interface, original content, explanations, graphics, trademarks, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors, except for content owned by third parties. You may use the app for personal learning only and may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, scrape, or create competing datasets from the app content without permission.
The app may rely on third-party services such as Supabase, Google Play, Google AdMob, OpenAI, notification providers, analytics or diagnostics tools, and device operating systems. These services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amiram Prep and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, opportunities, exam results, admissions, or reputation arising from use of or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, always available, or free from inaccuracies.
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, limit features, or take technical or legal action if we believe a user violates these terms, harms the service, harms other users, abuses AI or ads, attempts fraud, infringes rights, or creates legal, security, or operational risk.
These terms are intended to operate to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region may still apply. If a dispute arises, contact us first at liroicz@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
How users can request deletion and what happens after the request is verified.
If you have an active Premium subscription purchased through Google Play, deleting your Amiram Prep account does not automatically cancel the subscription. You should cancel or manage the subscription directly through Google Play.
Content that was shared with or copied by other users may remain in their accounts or records, but it will no longer be associated with your account where applicable.
